All toys within baby one are rotated around daily to ensure all area of a baby’s development are met. Key workers are given to the babies to provide a familiar and friendly face for the babes to bond and develop relationships with.
As nursery practitioners we follow the baby’s individual routines to suit their needs and wants and plenty of cuddles throughout the day.
Activities in this room include
- Painting.
- Self-feeding from spoon and finger foods.
- ‘Finger word’ games such as nursery rhymes and learn first words.

Baby Room One
Baby Room 1 provides a safe, warm, comforting environment for babies aged 6 weeks to one year old. We provide planned activities which link to the three prime areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage throughout the baby’s day.
