We would like to welcome all of our new parents and children to Rothley Park Kindergarten.
Dates For Your Diary
The nursery will be closed Friday 19 April and Monday 22 April for Easter weekend. We shall also be closed on bank holiday Monday 6th May and bank holiday Monday 27th May.
We would appreciate it if you could all please keep your children with you at all times whilst on nursery site. It has been noted that children are repeatedly pressing the door release button and constantly pressing the buttons is causing damage to the system. This is for their own safety. Also children are running around outside between parked and moving vehicles whilst parents are talking amongst themselves.
Collection of Children
Could we please remind you that we do need to be informed if anyone different is picking up your child. A form is available in the office and is to be filled out giving all descriptions and contact details of the designated person collecting on that day.
World Book Day
Thank you to all the parents that helped raise £225.00 for both World Book Day and Red Nose Day, this money has been donated to Emma Shaw to help fund her immunotherapy treatment. Thank you for all your continuing support.

Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water, (do not let the base of the bowl touch the water). Stir the mixture until smooth.
Remove the bowl from the heat and gently stir in the cornflakes until all of the cereal is coated in the chocolate. Divide the mixture between the paper cases and press 3 chocolate eggs into the centre of each nest. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until completely set.
