The Mayor of Charnwood welcomes Open House Estate AgentsOctober saw the launch of Open House Estate Agents’ new office, prominently positioned on Sibson Road in Birstall. Rahul Jain, the director of Open House and author of “Top Tips to SELL Your Property” was accompanied by several clients, members of the public, the Chair of the Birstall Parish Council and the Mayor of Charnwood at the new office opening. The Mayor spoke about the need for housing in the borough and welcomed the idea of Open House Estate Agents being able to offer something different to house sellers and landlords. Mr Jain said “We are not a large corporate, and we are not a big high street agent. We are a local, independent estate agent and every client is important to us. Our clients have a dedicated point of contact from start to finish as we believe that relationship building and excellent communication is key to achieving a smooth process with a successful outcome.”

Dates for your Diary
The nursery will be closing on Friday 23rd December at 6:00pm and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. We hope you have a lovely Xmas holiday.
Christmas Parties
All children’s parties will be held in their own rooms on Wednesday 7th December. If your child does not attend on the day of the party they are still welcome but parents must attend and take full responsibility for their children. Please no siblings this year due to the high volume of children already attending the Christmas parties. The parties are from 3.00pm to 4.30pm.
Free Early Education Entitlement
FEEE is available to all children the term following their third birthday, for a minimum of 38 week’s per year. This is claimed by the setting and throughout term time only. Each term can vary between 11 and 15 weeks. The funding hours will be shown on your invoice each month. Please do not hesitate to see us in the office if you have any queries regarding your child’s funding.
National Christmas Jumper Day
On Monday 19th December it is National Christmas Jumper Day. We are asking all children to come along in their Christmas jumper and help raise monies towards our chosen charity of ‘The Warner Brothers Wish to Walk’. A minimum donation of £1 is asked.
