FEEE (Funding) Important Notice

In the July newsletter we informed you that, in line with Government Guidelines, we are moving to a 51 week spread for FEEE (funding). This will be effective from the start of the academic year and shown from the September invoices.

We need to emphasise that whilst there is no fee increase your invoices will look different because of the new Government Guidelines. Additionally, because the funding is now spread out over the next 12 months some invoices will appear higher and others lower than the current system. The benefit of this is that you will have equalised billing across the 12 months from September to August. If you have any concerns then please do just come and talk to us about these.

All parents will be automatically transitioned to the “All In Flexible 30” Funding model as this will be the most appropriate, whilst stressing again that there is no fee increase involved.

Two Serious Incidents- Parents Bringing in Nuts/Products from Home into our Nursery

We would like to remind everyone of the severity of the impact these two incidents could have had on our children’s health and welfare, if nursery Practitioners did not act swiftly on discovering parents/carers bringing in nuts/products into our nursery.
It is our duty to minimise the risk of exposure on this high-risk allergen for the children and practitioners with anaphylaxis diagnoses. Anaphylaxis can be varied in severity; it may cause only mild itchiness and swelling, however in some cases, it can lead to sudden death. Anaphylaxis (also know as anaphylactic shock) is an allergic condition that can be severe and potentially fatal.
To help reduce this risk, we strongly advice all parents/carers to refrain from bringing in any nuts/products into our nursery.
We would like to ensure all parents/Carers that have child/ren who have these allergies that we are doing our upmost best to avoid these incidents occurring in the future.

Bank Holiday Reminder

The nursery will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August 2026. It will reopen on Tuesday, 1st September at 8am. We wish you all a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend.

For All Nursery Leavers: Saving and Printing Your Child’s Learning Journey

You can easily print or save your child’s Learning Journey once they have left our nursery by following these instructions:
Please note that the option to download or print your child’s journey is not available on the Famly App or on smartphones, iPads, or tablets. You will need to use a laptop or desktop computer to download it.
To print or save their entire journey, follow these steps:
1. Click on the journey tab.
2. Select the print option, then choose "print all."
3. Specify the date range you would like to display in the file, along with any additional information.
4. Click on print.
5. The print preview will appear. From here, select your printer as the destination if you wish to print the file, or choose "Save as PDF" if you would like to save it digitally on your computer.
You have up to three months to complete this process.
