New Nursery Fees 2026

With revised fees payable from 1st January 2026, please can you ensure your various Payment Schemes are amended accordingly.

New Invoice Layout

As you will now be aware our invoice format has changed. This change has been placed upon us by the New Government Guidelines, (operative 1-1-2026). Our software providers, FAMLY, have introduced the new compliant invoice template that we have to use. This is an attempt by the Government to make charging more transparent. You will have your own opinions but we believe that it has made it more confusing. Invoices that were on one page have now extended into two and more pages, further complicating matters. We hope that as time progresses alterations will be made to make it more easily understood as it used to be. In the meanwhile if you should need any clarification please contact us in the office and we will explain.

Free Early Education Entitlement (Funding)

FEEE is available to all qualifying children the term following their turning 9 months of age, for a minimum of 38 weeks per year. This is claimed by the setting and throughout term time only. Each term can vary between 11 and 15 weeks. The funding hours will be shown on your invoice each month. Please do not hesitate to see us in the office if you have any queries regarding your child’s funding. Please provide your Child’s Birth Certificate, parent NI number and funding code, to validate your claim.

Late Collection

All children attending 8am–1pm must be collected no later than 1pm. This is a requirement due to the child staff ratios and the afternoon children attending. Could we please remind you also that the nursery does close at 6.00 pm and fees for late collection will automatically be added to your account.

Health & Safety

Please can you provide your child with nappies, wipes, creams, Calpol or Nurofen when required. We do not have any spares and we are finding this difficult to change your child accordingly without any of their own products. This is for your child’s personal needs to be met. Thank you for your co-operation.
